Empowering minority communities through welfare programs, skill development, and compassionate outreach

The Christian Minority Development Council (CMDC) is the welfare arm of the Pandu Prem Kumar Foundation, dedicated to uplifting minority communities through practical, needs-based interventions. From distributing essential supplies to empowering individuals with skills and tools for self-sufficiency, CMDC works at the grassroots level to make a tangible difference.
Our programs are designed not just to provide immediate relief, but to create pathways for long-term empowerment and dignity. Every ration kit, every sewing machine, every skill workshop is a step toward a more equitable society.
Welfare with Dignity
Our mission is to ensure every member of the minority community has access to essentials, opportunities, and the support they need to thrive.
